The work of Karin Nitsch Leary
is appreciated worldwide.

As a child in Bavaria she did her first sculpture out of clay.  Art enthusiasts supported her and she went to art school early.  When arriving in Philadelphia she was a student of Guiseppe Donato.  She won a scholarship to the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine arts. 

She continued her studies in Mexico at Bellas Artes of Cuernavaca and at the Institute of Allende at San Miguel De Allende.
